Table prices for 8 foot tables:

• 1-4 tables  $100 Ea. Includes (1) vendor and (1) helper badge 
• 5+ tables $90 Ea. includes (1) vendor badge and (2) helper badges
• Any additional helper badges to the above count are $15 each​

 

• General Admission is $15
• Early Bird Pass $100 good for setup and weekend hours
• Vets/LEO/Firefighters  $14
• Children under 12 free
• If you bring an item to trade or sell you will get a $1 off general admission.
• Only One Discount per person.
• Dealer Set-up Friday 10:00 am – 7:00 pm Saturday 7:00 am to 8:45 am

Table Reservation NOTE:

​​If you are NOT selling Militaria/Old West/Guns or collectible Knifes or anything else that should be in a Militaria show, your items MUST be approved prior to making reservations.

***Table location reassignment may be necessary at the discretion of the promoter.***

The Heartland Militaria Show is just that it’s not a craft show, we pride ourselves in promoting true militaria shows and that is why we don’t let anything not listed above into the show unless prior approval has been met.
